By accessing or using Paperbridge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
2. Description of Service
Paperbridge is a document automation platform that enables users to create, manage, and generate documents using templates, web forms, and automated workflows. The Service includes:
- Document template creation and management
- Web form generation and data collection
- Automated PDF document generation
- Document storage and organization
- User account management and subscription services
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Subscription and Payment
6.1 Subscription Plans
The Service may offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, features, and pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
6.2 Billing
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
6.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Paperbridge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, except as expressly permitted by law.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance or updates
- Unforeseen technical issues or failures
- Force majeure events
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PAPERBRIDGE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paperbridge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
13. Governing Law
