How do I reset my password?

Click on 'Sign in' in the header, then select 'Forgot Password?' Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Go to your Dashboard → Subscription page. Click 'Change Plan' and select your desired plan. Your billing will be prorated automatically.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Subscription page. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

What file formats are supported?

We support DOCX, PDF, XLSX, XLS, ODT, ODS, ODP, PPTX, XML, HTML, ODG, and IDML formats. Maximum file size is 20MB.

How do I integrate Paperbridge with my system?

Paperbridge provides a REST API and webhooks for integration. You can also use Zapier or Make for no-code integrations. Check our documentation for API details.
